The Shops at Wiregrass 2026 Update: What's Open Now and What's Still Coming

If you haven't been to The Shops at Wiregrass in a while, some of the changes announced earlier this year are no longer "coming soon."

Several of the biggest names in the center's 2026 tenant refresh are now open, including lululemon, Kendra Scott and Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine. Other additions, including Drybar, FACE FOUNDRIÉ, LaserAway, OddFellows Ice Cream Co. and Portland Leather Goods, have also joined the lineup.

And there is still at least one notable opening ahead: Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café is currently listed as "coming soon," with the center's own tenant page pointing to a December 2026 opening.

So rather than another list of stores that were announced months ago, here's where the Wiregrass refresh actually stands now.

What's Open Now at The Shops at Wiregrass

lululemon

lululemon is now officially part of the permanent Wiregrass lineup. The retailer currently lists The Shops at Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel in its store directory, joining its Tampa locations at International Plaza and Hyde Park Village. Earlier reports had described the Wiregrass store as the brand's third permanent Tampa-area location.

Its arrival is especially notable because lululemon had previously appeared in Wesley Chapel through seasonal or temporary concepts. The permanent store gives shoppers in Wesley Chapel, Land O' Lakes and eastern Pasco another option without heading farther into Tampa.

Kendra Scott

Kendra Scott is also now open. The jewelry and lifestyle brand's official store directory lists its Wesley Chapel Shops at Wiregrass location at 28211 Paseo Drive, Suite 640, Wesley Chapel, FL 33543. The store offers regular retail hours as well as buy-online, pick-up-in-store service. When it was announced earlier this year, Wiregrass was expected to become Kendra Scott's second Tampa-area location.

Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine

One of the biggest changes since the original spring announcements is Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine. Earlier coverage described the restaurant as a summer opening. Bosphorous now confirms that its Wesley Chapel location is open at 28330 Paseo Drive, Unit 105, Wesley Chapel, FL 33543.

The restaurant joins the company's other Florida locations and adds another full-service dining option directly at Wiregrass. That matters because the Wiregrass refresh is not only about bringing in more retail. Adding destination-style restaurants gives people another reason to stay at the center beyond a quick shopping trip.

Drybar

Drybar was among the earlier arrivals in this wave, opening at Wiregrass in March 2026. The beauty brand specializes in blowouts and styling rather than traditional cut-and-color salon services.

FACE FOUNDRIÉ

FACE FOUNDRIÉ opened at Wiregrass in April. The facial-bar concept focuses on services including facials, lashes, brows and skincare, adding another beauty and wellness business to the center's tenant mix.

LaserAway

LaserAway was also already operating by the time the larger tenant expansion was announced this spring. Its addition, together with Drybar and FACE FOUNDRIÉ, gives Wiregrass a noticeably larger beauty and personal-care presence than the center had just a few years ago.

Portland Leather Goods

Portland Leather Goods opened at Wiregrass this year and was reported as the brand's first Florida location. The company is known for leather bags, totes, wallets and accessories.

OddFellows Ice Cream Co.

OddFellows Ice Cream Co. is another relatively recent arrival, located on Piazza Avenue. The New York-born ice cream company is known for rotating and sometimes unconventional flavors, adding a different dessert option to the center's restaurant and snack lineup.

What's Still Coming: Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café

Sweet Paris is the major announced opening that shoppers should continue to watch. Its official Shops at Wiregrass location page lists 28250 Paseo Drive, Suite 130, Wesley Chapel, FL 33543. As of late September 2026, the center's own tenant listing points to a December 2026 opening, so treat it as still on the way rather than open for business.

Its menu centers on sweet and savory crêpes, waffles, salads, paninis, specialty coffee and other café offerings, with breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner options. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free choices are also highlighted on the company's location page.

Earlier stories understandably listed several of these businesses as "coming soon." By late September, that picture has changed significantly.

Existing Wiregrass Businesses Changed Too

Monster Games, which had operated from a temporary space at Wiregrass for nearly a decade, moved into a permanent location.

Nikki's Glitz & Glam Boutique expanded into a larger permanent storefront, giving the formal-wear retailer more room for its collections and appointments.

Avalon Spa and Nails reopened following a remodel, while Fan Outfitters transitioned to the Lids brand.

Those changes may not generate the same attention as lululemon or Kendra Scott, but together they show that the center's strategy involves both recruiting new tenants and reinvesting in businesses already there.

The Refresh Actually Started Before the New Stores

The tenant changes are only one part of what has happened at Wiregrass. The shopping center completed a revitalization of its Center Court area in 2025, transforming the space between Paseo Drive and Piazza Avenue with new landscaping, an enhanced fountain, shade structures, updated lighting and additional seating.

The fountain areas along Paseo Drive were also updated to create more comfortable gathering spaces. That may sound cosmetic, but it fits the way open-air centers like Wiregrass increasingly compete with online shopping. The goal is not simply to give people stores to visit. It is to create a place where visitors might shop, eat, meet friends, attend an event and spend a few hours.

Other businesses connected to the broader refresh include Anthropologie, Club Pilates, SUITS by R.A. and Market in the Mall. These additions and expansions help broaden the center beyond traditional retail.

Why Wiregrass Keeps Changing

The Shops at Wiregrass opened in 2008 and has long served as one of the main commercial anchors for Wesley Chapel. Dallas-based real estate investment firm TriGate Capital purchased the property for $70.5 million in May 2023, and the center has since undergone continued leasing activity and physical improvements.

Wiregrass spans roughly 800,000 square feet and remains anchored by Macy's, Dillard's and JCPenney. The larger tenant mix includes shopping, restaurants, fitness, beauty and service businesses.

What has changed is the type of tenant being added. lululemon, Kendra Scott, Portland Leather Goods, Bosphorous, Sweet Paris, boutique fitness and personal-care concepts all lean toward the kind of experience-driven retail that gives customers a reason to visit a physical location instead of ordering something online.

More Than Just Shopping

Wiregrass has also continued to function as something of a community gathering place for Wesley Chapel. The center hosts markets, seasonal activities and other events along its outdoor streets and gathering spaces. That combination of shopping, dining and events is part of what distinguishes it from a traditional enclosed mall.

And as Wesley Chapel continues to add restaurants, shopping centers and mixed-use developments along the State Road 56 corridor, Wiregrass is no longer the only major destination competing for residents' attention. That makes the recent investment more significant. The center is not starting over. It is updating an established destination to keep pace with everything growing around it.

Getting There

The Shops at Wiregrass is located at 28211 Paseo Drive, Wesley Chapel, FL 33543.

The center sits near the intersection of Bruce B. Downs Boulevard and State Road 56. From Interstate 75, take Exit 275 for State Road 56 and travel east approximately 2.5 miles toward Bruce B. Downs Boulevard.

Because Wiregrass is an open-air center rather than a traditional enclosed mall, parking is spread throughout the property. If you are visiting a particular restaurant or store, it is usually easiest to identify its location before arriving and park near that section of the promenade.

The Bottom Line

If you read about the Wiregrass expansion earlier this year and never followed up, most of the headline additions have now become reality.

Taken together with the refreshed Center Court and upgrades to existing tenants, Wiregrass looks noticeably different than it did before this latest round of investment.

For Wesley Chapel residents, the interesting story is no longer what was announced. It's what has actually opened, what has changed, and what is still next.
